At Canvape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Canvape account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the clothing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
